Cancellation Policy

Advance Booking: A $15 USD deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Reservations are subject to availability and assigned on a first-confirmed basis. Required Documents: A valid passport as the primary form of identification. A valid driver’s license (for cars and scooters). The name on the reservation must match the name on the flight ticket, passport, and driver's license. If they do not match, the vehicle delivery will not be possible. Mandatory Rental Contract: Upon vehicle delivery, the renter will be required to sign a mandatory rental contract. This contract outlines the rental terms and the renter’s responsibilities. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Delivery and Return: The vehicle will be delivered to the agreed location and must be returned to the same location or as specified. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received and with the fuel level as agreed upon. Rental Period: Rental rates cover 24-hour periods. Any additional hours will be charged as a full day. Insurance and Liability: The rental includes basic mandatory insurance. Additional insurance options are available for extra protection. The renter is responsible for any damage exceeding the coverage of the selected insurance. Liability in Case of Incidents: In the event that the renter is found to be intoxicated or under the influence of prohibited substances at the time of an incident or accident, Ki’ot Car will not be responsible for any charges, damages, or fines resulting from this. These will be handled directly with local authorities. The renter assumes full responsibility for their behavior and any legal actions that may arise from it. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up at the agreed date and time will be considered a cancellation without refund
